I am very disappointed at this hospital. on 12/5/23, I went to the ER for the first time with severe pain. I waited 3-4 hours, before being called, when asked how long more I will have to wait, being that there were like no more than 10 people waiting there; I was treated very rude by the triage nurse, then requested to talk to the head of the nurse department, which also was very rude.
