The Wet Skunk

This fly is fished on a 7-9 ft leader, usually when the water temperature is over 55 degrees. A great mid-summer streamer fished actively through the bank shadows, along undercuts, in and out of submerged wood, or along edges of weed-beds. Short quick strips or rod-twitches, with tantalizing pauses. An exciting way to fish, especially during the dog days of summer.
