Oh how I wish it was this simple! I spent nearly a year waking up at 4 AM to work out before work. It definitely never added more energy AFTER working 10 hours. But it did teach me to be in bed and asleep shortly after 8pm. Take the wins where you can get them I guess. And remember, you CANNOT have it all. 😂

Felt! I will say what helped me is having a little reset, like a 10 minute walk or some after work stretching. Kinda brings back my energy. For special times, I use my ice roller on my face after lol.

I just finished reading Dr. Matthew Walker's book, "Why We Sleep." So, the importance of sleep is on the forefront of my mind. In the past, I've woken up to work on things or to go to the gym at 5am or 6am. Recently, I've started prioritizing sleep more and sacrificing the productivity gains I previously got waking up earlier. I feel like if I chase higher quality sleep, I have to sacrifice gains on interests or passion projects....or vice versa. There has to be some happy medium, right?
I really enjoy your videos. They are very thorough and well-done.

Yes absolutely, it's hard to do everything!
Will be investingating Walker, thanks for the recommendation

Thanks! I've actually let myself sleep in a bit recently 😄 taking more of a sprint approach and doing this periodically for a few weeks with some breaks
