i became obsessed with tritris a while back and havent been able to stop since, my current high score is 650k. There's some things you haven't realised about how phasing works, you can do it with any piece and not just to an adjacent square. The trick is to understand the center each piece rotates about, then you can project a little ghost of it in your mind and see where's a valid position. It's also important to play for tritrises, if you're not familiar that's getting 3 lines at once with 3 white tris. What I do is kind of similar to regular tetris where i create a well at the right side of the screen. The difference is, every square in this well is half filled in. I mostly stack orange tris on the far right to achieve tthis but sometimes combine others to make the shape. Then whenever i get 3 white tris i phase them down to the bottom, each clearing a line anyway cool vid love to see more people playing tritris.
