I just polished up my 2007's header pipe with 3m Scotchbrite red (rough cut) and green (fine cut/polish) pads and a little bit of water from a spray bottle. It turned out amazing and the 150r minimoto setup is truly a blast on the kart tracks for honing the skills for bigger bikes. You may find lower 1"-1.5" valving the front forks to work with the stock weight oil a much more compliant suspension setup. I also run 12" wheels and love the corner characteristics of them.
Can’t wait to help you with the carb adjustments! Also, getting dirty out here at the ranch will make you a lot faster on the CRF! I will get you set up for a reverse shifter on that barrel of fun! If you have not seen yet, the folks that race these little monsters, know how to go fast! To much fun! Great job on the build Alex!
How fast do the little wheels go around the track compared to the big bike? The big bike has a lot more power but if they were the same power how you think it would go?
This would be my entry into road racing scene, I love this bike, could it pull my 225 lb butt around? had a relative with a 250 r 3wheeler it was insanely fast and way too much for me.

You don't need big to have fun👍
Heck yes! Please give us more content on the journey you are on with this bike.
Um, ah yah, great repurposed build you did there to that thing Alex. I am sure you will have a blast with it. :)
Yeah, you need to do a series on this! Looks fun as hell.
Puts some hand guards on it and you will not need levers each time you fall.
Great job, keep up the good work.
I raced a few AMA supermoto races on the 150 in the 250 and SM2 class and finished at least top 10 every time
I guess some people remove some travel??
I hadn't heard of this - it looks like fun.

What a great little bike. Small bikes are real fun. Are they 15'' wheels?
heard him say 12" wheels (10:20 mark)
rules tend be 12"

Looks super fun 🙏👌🏻👍🏻
Looks fun! What the top speed?
You’ll get all the proper bits in the uk
What is the rear sprocket size you use to get a good top speed and who is made it ?
Nice bike! Mind if I ask how tall you are?
So when's last you rode it 😏
You can put adult weight on these? The manual says 68k max. Is it fine if you go stiffer on fork and shock springs?
Yeah it works great, it’s a blast. Up here in Michigan adults ride 50s indoors in the winters.
Crashed your bike and he's still your buddy? God damn
Nice bike but you Yanks are crazy. Why are those poles around the track for? Something to hit if you go off?
