How to repair LG smart tv flickering panel problem

Good afternoon, thanks a lot for your video. I have an LG Tv with TCon Board. I can see signals Clock 1 to Clock 8. But on some videos people have not apply tape on the 3 firsts ones. Why ? I was wondering that we have to block all the clocks signals like you ? In fact my question is more like : do we have to block all the Clock signals or only a part of them could be enough !?
