    I was suffering from anxiety and panics, i searched every corner on the internet, meditated for 2 years straight but it didn’t help, followed all the paths that meditators showed but it made me more anxious cz i was fighting myself,it was kind of battle that if i win i will loose and out no where i fell in hands of j krishnamurthi’s teachings and instead of asking questions i started to listen to myself as he told “don’t act, just observe” the pain and suffering will tell its story and pass but only if you don’t want it to go,only if you are ready to just listen, surrender yourself to pain and watch it turns into bliss. I hope you find whatever you are seeking from this GEM person’s videos.

      Whomever was your meditation teacher or teachers were, they unfortunately did not serve you well. It has its place but unfortunately can further exasperate problems for some. This is why a good teacher will carefully screen any prospective students. Unfortunately some teachers are in it for purely business reasons and have no real depth of practice. It is a bit like K has said before in some of his talks. "If the mind is confused, do nothing , the mind needs space to function properly", An anxious mind is a busy confused mind.

    people are asking for the answer, you should contemplate for yourself. What I personally got form it is No. The mind has changed on subtle levels over millions of years, slowly through evolution. This to me means that the brain is an organ of habit and computation. What Krishnamurti said is enlightenment is not something to be calculated. 'First pass these 3 stages of meditation then you will be ready'...or "first you must graduate to this level of preisthood then you will be enlightened", etc. This is all formed from the mind. ENlgithenment is NO mind. SO the brain cannot transform itself because it gets stuck in these systems and loops. No brain/no mind will. That is my personal interpretation.

    • @eduardomorales4741
      @eduardomorales4741 2 года назад

      Personally I took it as if you should think in a different way, more exactly in the way you wanna think, he talks about that fear, anxiety, and other symptoms that happens in our brains which comes from the primitive, we arent primitive anymore, I know I may be taking this too personal but, think about people addicted to the phone, just checking it all time is a way of distracting yourself from your consciousness, we do this because of our primitive, but, we arent anymore, the same you can feel attracted to a women and rape her, you dont because you arent an animal anymore, you let your anger conquer you and beat someone, you dont neither, same goes for this, higher your mind to the level you wanna reach, by beign conscious, knowing the symptoms of the primitive brains (think in supossed you cant control) you can step up.

      The brain is fine. No transformation is needed. It only has to learn to not follow and believe the personalizing and separating mind. Leave the mind alone, no matter what it does. Ignore it. This is freedom from the known. Then the brain can perceive in choiceless awareness all that happens and presents itself. No comceptualization, no personalizing, no suffering. Just be whatever happens.

    He is saying enlightenment is a whole new process of thinking and perceiving. A way where that you have to let go of all the primal instincts. That is why he is asking can the brain easily transform into the new way of thinking without lust, desires, and so on. This is what enlightenment is. Right?

    • @paulmetdebbie447
      @paulmetdebbie447 2 года назад +1

      Primal instinct as in intuition and survival are fine. When hungry, eat. When thirsty, drink. When tired, sleep. When in danger, run, defend or shield. When in love, procreate. Nothing wrong with that. This is brain or pure Unborn mind. It is the secondary, conditioned instincts of the personalizing mind that have to be ignored.

    • @paulmetdebbie447
      @paulmetdebbie447 2 года назад +2

      He is not talking about occasions of satori. This is common. He is referring to going beyond the separation permanently as in realizing. This is less common but it happens. It takes a silent and listening brain that is in awe of itself and of creation which observes though the senses in choiceless awareness everything that happens, without personalizing and self referential thoughts.

      Can the mind in itself by itself heal itself? If you realize that all beings are connected (even lower life forms), we are all part of one mind and one brain. If we tend to make ourselves more aware of the outliers and focus on the things that are different and not repeating the same programs and behaviors that keep us bound, then yes the brain can heal itself but only when you look at the brain in all its various connections and not the physical neurons and dendrites, but the less tangible connections we have with all of creation.

It is not something permanent that one can claim that one is enlightened and people are so absurd that they have talked of even 'beyond enlightenment'😂..the word is perhaps outdated now as it has become more of a tradition or illusory. Either one's mind is awakened or asleep. That is all.

      Yes he is not clear enough sometimes. Conditioned mind is the structure in the brain that causes separation, personnalization, individuation and time. It is the blah blah network of conditioning that has formed upon the tssk positive network, the Unborn mind, the pure mind. Both are functions of the brain. The blah blah neteork causes suffering if believed in. The illusions of this should be seen through. We must learn to be the master of it, not the slave. This is liberation. After that, the only reality will be that of the Unborn mind, which perceives through the senses all that is happening in choiceless awareness. Thinking as in perceiving and problem solving will still happen, and even better without believing the veil of the illusory self talk of the blah blah network.
