Great video, very helpful, but how on earth did you get the big hose off of the intercooler on the passenger side? There is no access to this without removing the fan cowling and that doesn't want to come off either! So we're stuck. Also, the small pipes on the driver's side of the radiator - what are they? Mine have high pressure type hoses and connectors that seem to just push into the radiator (or seperate cooler?). The connectors that push in are quite loose where they go in, but without knowing what they are, I'm reluctant to pull them out, as they look like high pressure oil pipes. The van doesn't have air-con, so it's not that, but that's what they look like. Any ideas? Thanks
Good instructional video - the only part I wouldn't agree with it the advice on jubilee clips. I would always use a constant tension spring clip inplace of a jubilee clip.
@@DanielJohnHowTo agreed if old and rusty. Same can be said about a manky old jubilee clip. The spring clips are a better long term option though and less likely to cuase problems or come off unintentionally
Thank you so much for the detailed video! Especially saying what tools and sizes are needed.
Glad it was helpful!

if they are new then no problem, anything old i wouldn't trust them after a experience we had

did you use the old metal gasket again ?
for the water pump the surfaces were thoroughly cleaned and a new gasket was applied, don't recommend reusing gaskets etc.
Visco new ?
Beaucoup d'huile dans le turbo. J'ai du mal a croire qu'il faille enlever tout ça pour faire lrs courroies ou une simple pompe à eau
