If you're on the Indian track like I was try this. In short, this is the Android 13 Indian downgrade (oxygenos.oneplus.net/8425_sign_CPH2551_11_A_OTA_0300_all_WhEGPo_00011011.zip). Download and install with this APK (oxygenos.oneplus.net/OTA-OnePlus-localUpdate-Oplus_key.apk). After that, I used the same method I used to move to the Indian release, but I made sure my settings were NA and full stable. That got me back to NA 14.
I rolled back but wasn't able to re download system updates anymore any idea on how to fix ?
I have been trying to get back to NA for days. When I rolled back, and then tried to install verification fails every time.
I installed the developer preview EU and the next day, I rolled back to android 14. The phone was heating, the battery was discharged really quick. And the phone was really slow. I made a clean reset, after it was better but not for daily use.
I had it installed on both one plus open and one plus 12 and rolled back because extremely buggy and didn't notice any lifestyle changes besides a new battery icon on status bar 😅
Thanks for the update Shane. Is there a safe version of gcam that can be installed on the OnePlus Open and is it even worth installing?
I'm having difficulty rolling back to Android 14, I can't even install the apk from the article. It downloads as a zip from chrome on the OnePlus Open then I rename it to apk then it says it's invalid.
Not surprised. Lot of folks in the one plus and oxygen updater discord servers is pretty much telling everyone to stay away from this beta unless you're a developer and even as a developer to be careful because it's so unstable.
How do you download the APK though? Does it have to be a specific name? I tried installing the APK and it said the app is invalid.

@@scaryifliteral well I'm already in android 14 my phone automatically makes updates now but it was nice having the updates a couple days early with the system update
I'm on 14.0.0.702, but there's a new update that hasn't hit mine yet.
Looks like the APK link is a zip file. Any luck on obtaining the actual compiled APK?
Update: Downloading Via computer downloads the APK. However it asks to update the app upon install and then gives an invalid error
What about installing it on Google Pixel fold..is that safe
I have it on my one plus open not really that bad in my opinion
