Brendon Urie has always been the lead singer of Panic at the disco, he was the one who sang "I Write Sins Not Tragedies"
He is officially the only original member of the band left, the others left overtime.
Now there's only Brendon with his own one man band I guess, he kept the name Panic at the disco and has a band only when he tours.
You should check out Bohemian Rhapsody by Panic! at the Disco. Brendon's vocals there are amazing!

If you were at all interested in trivia, for the Dream On clip in this, it was just sound check and they needed a stand-in because Steven Tyler was stuck somewhere else, so Brendon wasn’t even expecting to sing then(hence the forgotten words) but he still nailed it. There a video out there somewhere of the televised performance and the other songs Panic! actually played that day, and you can see Brendon jamming out on guitar in the background of Steven Tyler’s performance.
