This was such an amazing prcatice : love the chanting, the use of sanskrit, the simple instructions. Your calming energy facilitates the practitioner to attempt more challenging poses , focus on breath and have a more nourishing feel. Without a sense of "panic" or laborious and fatiguing explanations. Thank you so very much!
Such a good feeling, flow-y version of Ashtanga suryas & standing sequence with some fun binds and such. Felt really light and smooth in the body. Also some beautiful stretches towards the end. Will do again! Thanks Ty
Ty i love your flows so very difficult and challenging. They make me better every time i do em which is a few times a week. I don't practice at any studios anymore but exciting to get another video. Thank you. I wish i could practice with you i need a few tips on some things i cant accomplish. Much inspiration!!
This practice was oh so sweet for the body! I have been practicing asanas for over 10 years yet this practice was challenging me (to the right level). Please as said before, keep uploading these 1 hr long practices. Thy are super good! Sending best wishes!
@@tylandrumyoga Thank you Ty! I absolutely love your contemplative videos too on hathat yoga and devotion. Your words are so profound. I literally feel you paint with your words and the painting is this deep understanding that I am able to look at and take in, integrate. You are a blessing :) Keep doing what you are doing and THANK you for the inspiration to be a more conscious human on this planet.
Ty I love your videos you upload on here could you please do a tutorial on arm balances and the headstand and forearm stand when training by a wall trying to work up to advanced asana I can do crow
Very intense practice, i had too focus a lot on this one. May i suggest raising the final volume 25% as there are times where even on full volume i cant hear you if im practicing in a room with other noise. Thank you (: Also one hour practices are my preference as well, thanks again
Finding parirvitta parsvokonasana bind 29:40 difficult to balance. Any suggestions? Also how to strongly transition from shirsasna to elbow stand 1:00:17. This practice was lovely Ty 🙏 Gratitude
Keep the internal rotators of the standing leg steadily engaged, and keep the back foot on its side. In other words, do not allow that foot to cross the midline. Also, lift the foot just inches from the floor and hold there. Lift just a little higher each week.
