- This is a 60 min advanced vinyasa flow. The vinyasa yoga that I share is all about exploring the body. There is nothing to accomplish here. So please practice with an open heart and be gentle with your thoughts. Follow along loosely. Give yourself space to move and breathe to your own natural rhythm.

Absolutely. Thanks for practicing with me.
Such a good feeling, flow-y version of Ashtanga suryas & standing sequence with some fun binds and such. Felt really light and smooth in the body. Also some beautiful stretches towards the end. Will do again! Thanks Ty
excellent class -slow, strong and challening. I take very few classes on line, i found this to be very inspiring!! thank you for sharing
This was such an amazing prcatice : love the chanting, the use of sanskrit, the simple instructions. Your calming energy facilitates the practitioner to attempt more challenging poses , focus on breath and have a more nourishing feel. Without a sense of "panic" or laborious and fatiguing explanations. Thank you so very much!
Thank you kindly for the words of support.
Second time round. Wow! Challenging - quietly and calmly challenging. Thank you again!

@@tylandrumyoga Thank you Ty! I absolutely love your contemplative videos too on hathat yoga and devotion. Your words are so profound. I literally feel you paint with your words and the painting is this deep understanding that I am able to look at and take in, integrate. You are a blessing :) Keep doing what you are doing and THANK you for the inspiration to be a more conscious human on this planet.
