As someone thats never seen a full Verzuz, love the idea &the Jada/Juelz moment was insane but I couldn't tell if it was suppose to be a concert or not. If it's a concert then they gotta preform cuz everything I've seen was just people smoking &or drinking while their songs play &they ad-lib once or twice, that aint a performance; artists have to rap/sing their songs. If it aint that, then throw a party &let the dj just play a part of the song &have the artist speak on the record that they made &then let the other guy respond with their record that's better

They're right, it can't just be the same thing. Producer verzuz taps into a more tight community. They also need to make it bigger. What we settled for during covid ain't gonna be so hot now. It needs to be either super raw Hiphop (unlikely) or it needs to be epic.
Random ideas that may or may not be any good just throwing em out there, something where it's one quotable bar at a time might be cool. You say one of your classic lines, I say one of mine.
You could have producer verzuz but they have a live band. You could have people battle performing each other's songs. Idk just gotta step it up & keep it fresh.
