Most of these are listed as "Mini Puzzle" on the unofficial Interactive Map. Basically, you're missing quite a few Chests if you aren't doing the Mini Puzzles.
I'd say there should be one more secret chest added. In the last 9 one when you rhn throughbl the hilichurl camp there would be two crossbow hilichurls training at the targets. Kill the hilichurls and then destroy all the targets and you will get a common chest. Can't show the location well, but I thinknyou'll figure it out

number 8 has an easier way if you do the puzzle closest to that teleport point which then it will unlock a seelee that will unlock a anemo monument that will help you climb that mountain top automatically....
I have 100% all the map of the current Fontaine, and it's crazy how many undiscovered chest are still available. They should change the system counter or something if it's not truly a 100%

8 can be done easier. Anemo monument nearby gives you wind current and hydro transporter that sends you to the top.
If you destroy the targets at the Hillichurl village you get a Common Chest.

Yeah, the cubes change position after you do the Research Center world quest

The 7th one is pretty common though? We find it even in other areas of fontaine. The rest are rare.
