Hey 👋🏽 OMG !!! I really feel for you guys 😢 I live semi rural and those trees are notorious for dropping branches ! The strange thing this happens on still nights ! Not during the high winds or storms ⛈️ I live in Perth and we have had some big easterly winds over the past days , so I am waiting to see what happens . Thinking of you and how good are AUSSIE’S so caring and helpful . Take care and yes it has been a year from hell . I love my RAM also “ ROGER the RAM and BETTY “ the van 😂 the wheel will turn hang in there . Cheers Geoff 👍❤️😀

Hey Geoff. Yeh. This year has been very challenging. All we want to do is keep moving but for some reason, sh*t happens to bring us to a stop. Getting pretty over it. Didn't realise you were in Perth. We should catch up when we get there?

We're incredibly grateful that no one was hurt when the tree came down. Safety is always our number one concern. And yes, RAMs are built like tanks! We appreciate your kind words and well wishes. Take care and stay safe as well!

Wow, just watched your video. We bought our RAM DS 1500 off Simon at Village Ram too - just a week after you guys. Lucky you were at the pub instead of under that tree. Not so lucky for the Ram of course. Certainly hope you don't have to wait too long for parts. IO think RAM Trucks Australia are getting better everyday as they seem to be growing very fast. Aussies love a V* right - we do. Hey, maybe if your RAM is all fixed and you are back in Queensland by late February next year you could make it to the RAM $ VAN JAMBOREE. - March 1-3, 2024 at Gootchie Creek Escape. It's something we are involved with to get lots off RAM and VAN owners together. Check it out (I'll add a link in a minute below) and hope all goes well.

Hey guys. Thanks so much for the comment. At this stage we have no idea what to do and where we are going. We are so grateful that the car is still driveable and we can still travel around Tassie. We are still waiting to find out how long it will take to get the parts from the USA. Once we find that out, we can make a decision if we should stay here or head home and get the car repaired in Queensland. We have been stuck in Coles Bay now for ten days and even though its a stuning place to be we are going a little nuts. So, shipping out on Monday, cant wait. If we are back in Queensland, in late February we will be there. Sounds like fun.

Nothing a little trip to the panel beaters won't fix.
