Do you carry larger fuel tanks for the 5th Generation 2019-2024 DT 1500 5.7 Hemi? Will you be upgrading the fuel tank to a 200L? If so, can you do a whole video from start to finish, including programming computer for new tank.
Awesome video Justin really enjoyed it. It is one awesome looking Truck. You are definitely right you can not put two full sized dirt bikes on a duel cab Ute . And yes definitely got a decent sized back seat for kids and with car seats. It definitely would suit any family if you can afford the price of it . 😊
Thanks for the video would like to invest in one tow a good van around behind it but keep hearing the rear axle loads our quite low so towing 3 t without a gvm upgrade not possible?
I put my ktm excf500 in my 5’7’ tray on the diagonal with the tailgate up and have also had a Suzuki gsxr1000 in as well. The longer tray would be great though.
The express had a larger well body than the crew cab. The bed in a crew cab isn’t much bigger than a Japanese ute so for some the bigger tray of the express was a better option. For me I’d rather the 6’4 tray over 5’7.
@@johnfitzgerald5158 I think this is the first time offered that you have a choice of tray size. When the Laramie was first offered to Australia it only had a 5.7 bed and express had the 6.4 but smaller back seat. Express served its purpose if you weren’t looking for a larger rear seat area. Think older couple no kids or young bloke with some bikes or tools.
@@LukeMitchell-vz5zd The smaller back seat is a quad cab vs a larger crew cab. All the manufacturers limit the half tons to around 6.5 feet with the four door cabs. Once you get above half tons the quad cab concept pretty much disappears and you can get a full size (8' bed) with a crew cab.
2500 has same crew cab and bed as the 1500. Front sheet metal is different on the 2500 vs the 1500. 2500 has minimum of a 6.4L Hemi or a Cummins diesel, 2 solid 1 ton axles, stronger frame and stronger drivetrain.
Big trucks are better. Our real utes like Holden and falcon were copies of American utes. And had the same motors as American utes. And these ones Ram, GMC, Chev and Ford are 4x4 . Configured correctly my F150 does 13’s for the Quarter mile. And is legal (in America) to tow 7tons. 2019 Limited 10speed max tow pack. 3.5litre and high output V6(450hp). I tested all others including Ram and Ram was slow. Ram now has 3litre straight 6 twin turbo 550 hp. Forget the Pissy 5.7litre V8. Unreliable slow gas guzzler. Many of them had the faulty cams which would destroy the motor. And 8 speed is getting a little lacking.
840 kms payload is that right ? Bull bar tow bar =200 kg 4 males in it 400 kg tow ball down ward weight 130 kg with van full tank of fuel ,bingo overload on a truck as great as that surely they can have a greater capacity to match the 4500 kg towing.
If you are going to load it up with a bunch of accessories you really shouldn't consider a 150/1500. Moving up to a 250/2500 or 350/3500 gives you much stronger components and a lot more payload.
Should get your facts right. Express RAM came in 2 flavours. Earlier one was the quad cab with the smaller back passenger setup. The one that the Bighorn replaces is the SAME size. In fact, the Bighorn is less specced than the Classic dual cab. Side by side, classic is better and $20k cheaper
Are rams even reliable? Heard that some of the models are known to be really bad and its worse with the problem of getting parts and the massive cost of shipping. Could be a minor issue with the cost of parts but if reliability is a major concern then I wouldn't even consider buying it....
Hemi’s are not very good motors. Slow. Thirsty. And are somewhat unreliable. Which is why Ram have moved into straight 6cylinder twin turbo. In the United States. My F150 high output F150 leaves hemi for dead. 450 hp. v6. The new Ram has a 550hp straight 6 of 3litres.
You do realize ram has the smallest bed of all the American trucks, Chevrolet has the biggest beds that's why you buy Chevrolet they still have V8 engines and steps built into the bumper along with the new tailgate that turns into a step and plus ram no longer makes V8 engines
In North America we call these dodge Trucks shit boxes .. they’re everywhere and they fall apart. Junk . Ya boys need a f350 platinum with the 6.7 powerstroke
Not really we only need the 7.3 as you need air breaks on your trailer to tow over 10000lb here. Most don't bother to get that hooked up and get a semi or like class 6 and above truck to tow those kinds of weights suited to something with a big diesel.
Patriot...awesome....dirt bikes awesome....Ram crap....I don't want to see these things destroying our tracks because there not designed to be in Australian conditions there a trailer hauler there a work horse....keep our tracks from being destroyed by American toys.....bro it's awesome your trying to expand to the American market with your awesome gear....but mate we are Australian why the hell do we want these stupid things destroying our tracks...I thought you were Aussie man. These things don't belong in our bush and I'm sure I'm not the only one that hates the idea....take that hemi and shuve it....if it's about sound to y'all 😂 keep it on the streets and track....not our bush...
Ram, patriot & some dirt bikes what a combo 👌🏻
Don’t understand why people spend money on a 79 series when you can buy one of these!
Just bought one with a 5’7” tub. Just amazing

Welcome back guys 🛻⛺🔥
Need the big bed and lwb on the Laramie 😩

What kind of tow hitch riser is that? Need one for my ram she sits a bit low for the trailer
Looks like a Hayman Reese one
The only thing stopping me is how big they are for our roads in Melbourne my ranger raptor barley fits in the lanes let alone a ram
Mad video crew. 🔥Want to drop that whole set up of at our place for a few months 🤣😍
You guys are at the Murgon servo today 10/3
We had missed u gyz.I just wished if u could make it to Africa in Vicfalls This yr
Nice. You guys should make a different RUclips channel for dirt bikes and use go pros on the helmets

F450 four-door long bed.
The F450 pickup only comes with an 8'2" bed.
@rich7447 Truly the only type of bed to have.
@@Lostinthewoods88 I agree, but I would since I have a crew cab F450.
@@Lostinthewoods88 It took me two years from first order to delivery to get the damn thing though.

Um, the truck they just showed has a 6'4" bed. The engine is 5.7 L.

so wait this is basically a 2500 size wise but with the 5.7 petrol then?
i guess but its not the size of a mega cab cummins

Those headlamps (headlights) do not look like those of either 2024 ram 1500 or 2024 ram 2500
What happened to the touring?
Not all the express Rams out smaller back cab. Two models here.
Hemi baby!!

The Cummins engine is reliable, can’t speak for the gas counterparts
God dam. Boy is really filling out. He'll be twice ur size soon. But wait, here the RAM only come with a Supra motor y'all.
I cant decide on one of these or a 150xlt?? It's a hard decision. What's everyone's thoughts?

Righto 🤔, a 4200 GVM cruiser does less damage cause it’s from Japan??
@@PatriotGameshe's clearly a moron buying into the FOTM hate towards these.
No difference between this or a stretched 300 hitting the trails
What are you on about?
So your rice racer is less damaging ?
What’s the difference from a y62 and 300 79 they are all basically on par
