When I was studying, I once stayed there for three days in winter. I have been thinking about living there for a month after I get enough money from work. But the idea didn't materialize.
Winter must be beautiful as well?! I understand, it always comes down to money. If money wasn't the issue, we would stop working and become full time travelers 😊
Aparently it's a minority tribe called Red Yao, from the Huangluo Yao village, where the women don't cut their hair and wear it around their head. The hair being as long as up to 1,7 meters. In the show they would display their hair as we heard.

bamboo rice is sweet/sticky rice. in Cambodia some makes it with black beans and coconut milk, it's cheap and filling.
