What a coincidence….I too have an old atlas turntable from years ago that I have never used. I recently discovered that I can mix Kato and Atlas track, and after seeing the atlas motor you purchased, and how to install it, I’m going to order one myself, and get the turntable working. Thanks again for another fabulous video.
Looks pretty good with the shed there rather than the handle. I will say it's very slow and I feel like I'd spend more time waiting for it to turn than running my trains. My new layout is using the Peco turntable which doesn't have anything to turn it by default, but can have a motor attached underneath, and I'm still deciding how I want to turn it.
You can add a little insulation in the shed to help reduce the noise.
Good idea!

I’m sure enjoying mine!
Great buy! Yes its amazing the prices for N scale. At one time I thought about getting a round house from Atlas. Thanks for sharing. Dave
If you run short engines, the Kato turntable is easy to install. I run big steam engines.
Well done! What a lot of fun!
I gave it some time to break in. Now it’s quieter and faster.
Very nice, the turntable looks great!😀
I always wanted one took 2 years, but it’s complete now.

I bought the Atlas because I remember it from when I was a teenager. I understant how to wire it.
Very cool. Thank you and nice work as always. Would be nice to have a tour of your layout some time.

@@watchtrainsnow1099 Thank you. Not sure how I missed it. Congratulations on 100 subscribers.
Maybe you can just back that 484 up to the turntable and straight into the opposite stall!
I pretty much have to do that. I goes in the stall, but it sticks out.
The motor drive works too noisy! I think, iit needs acoustic insulation of plastic parts.
I will look into it.
