All It Does Is Rain is taken from Belfast troubadour Andy White's album How Things Are.
Andy writes about the song:
"Tim Finn arrived in Melbourne. We caught up over coffee and drum kits, in town and at home. Instantly sympathetic, he's someone who understands the ability to hold something precious in the palm of your hand is a wonderful thing. I tried describe the new-found situation I was in, and he immediately replied with the first line of this song. I came back with the second - and the song was underway.
If you're reading this outside Australia, you should understand that when it's hot, it's hot-and when it rains, sometimes it never stops."
The track features Sebastian White on drums and Domini Forster, strings.

Great upbeat yet heartfelt song .... simple unpretentious vid .......made even more poignant in that Andy has his son by his side , on drums.

I was writing a new song but something kept nagging my head that I'd heard the chord sequence somewhere before. It suddenly came to me this morning and playing this great song again confirms it. I'd better go and tweak my song a bit now!! great to re visit though.
