      The only way I could see the picture is by looking in a window of a mirror in a window and see if the window was closed and if the light is off and if it was a window is closed it would have to go back in a couple hours or something and I would be fine but if it’s a light I don’t know if it would work but it could work if it’s a dark window and it’s a window or a light or a light that you could just see the window but I think it’s not really dark so it could just have to go in a dark one and then the window and the window would have a dark window but it would have a dark one that was the dark light that I would think that it was the one that’s in there and the one with dark window that you have the window and it is not dark window is that light the dark light and it was in use you but judging myth from a different light the other way but it’s just like you have the same window that I think you could tell the difference is the dark window is if it’s not a bright one but it’s a little darker light it was the one with dark window so it’s just like that light the window or a different light and 🎉😮😊thank goodness you are not alone I am very proud to have been in this place and it is so special 😢and so beautiful to have a place 🎉😮😂😅😊❤ so much happiness to you all my heart to all your friends in your life I hope to be there with all of your friends in my dreams I hope to be part your dreams come to see your family

    i uses a very small brush head, almost kid sized, because the adult sized toothbrush cant reach the back of my teeth comfortably. also only uses the 0.1mm soft bristle type. that said, my dentist taught me to brush at a diagonal angle and do the circling motion. i have never seen anyone taught that, because we're always taught the method you're showing in the vid. but i find the diagonal method very effective, especially at cleaning buildup at the back of my lower teeth.

    Conveniently, I happened to already be brushing on the right angle, everywhere in my mouth (except maybe the back of the bottom front where that angle requires a different technique, at least for me, since I have a narrow jaw). I think this is because the cheeks on the sides naturally make the brush sit at that angle. The lips do the same for the bottom front. For the inside it's harder to get the toothbrush parallel to the tooth-surface down in there, so the right angle is where the toothbrush naturally sits.
    For the front top teeth, the top lip being in the way creates the right angle, unless you really lift the lip out of the way but that requires more effort, and brushing is an angle is what feels right anyway since you (I) do that essentially everywhere else and it's a continuation from the sides.
    I'm switching to an electric toothbrush where this still applies, but it's cool to see that I naturally had the right angle already. I think an electric toothbrush will help me get the back of the bottom front teeth actually. Easier to get down there at the right angle with a small circular electric toothbrush head.
    The longer I have brushed my teeth, the closer and closer I get to the electric toothbrush method where it's just one slow choo-choo train pass along all the surfaces. Might as well just get an electric toothbrush at this point lol. Plus I like to hit the teeth at 2 different angles to really get between the teeth a bit (gently), and an electric toothbrush head is just more ideal for that.
    Also wanna try the light-up pressure sensor feature. And there's a 2-minute timer (with 30-second pacer). I normally end up brushing for a bit longer than 2 minutes by default, but it would be nice to know.
    Update: An electric toothbrush is AWESOME. The first time using it, it's like taking the jackhammer to the teeth lol. It's intense. But after a few more sessions the gums adapt to it (and the bristles get a tad softer). The amount this thing is better than a manual toothbrush for behind the front teeth, is astronomical. Perfect angle, can get right in there properly, it's awesome. The pressure sensor is cool and nice to have, though I am absolutely no where near setting it off, which is cool. Though maybe as the bristles age more, I'll get closer to accidentally doing that sometimes. I really like the pacer, too. My teeth get so cleaned that they feel like they're polished now. I was always worried about maybe brushing too hard, but from using this thing, I can see that I clearly wasn't at all close to that.

    How does using the spoon help clean the tongue? That's what people use to eat food with.

      it was just a suggestion to use it as a scraper until you can buy an actual tongue scraper. here's my technique video -- hope this helps: ruclips.net/video/e6f-ovYmxlk/видео.html

    • @TeethTalk
      @TeethTalk  10 месяцев назад +2

      some patients prefer a smaller toothbrush head! and that is usually fine as long as it is soft bristles! my best recommendation is to bring it to your next appointment to show your dental provider to make sure they think it's a good one for your individual mouth :)

    2:45, Really? No way. I prefer to brush my tongue since I don't have a tongue scraper. Sorry, I never heard of tongue scraper and it's my 1st time hearing from you.

    • @TeethTalk

      no worries! a toothbrush is a great thing to use! and if you want to try a tongue scraper -- you can always use a metal spoon from your kitchen! either way -- happy brushing!

    I never brushed my teeth whem i was very young like 10 or 11 and by the time i reached 12 or 13 and took teeth seriously all was lost gingavitis ruined my teeth shape and now i have crooked teeth. Now i cant do anything. Dentists cost like million dollars. My biggest regret. Brush your teeth and take care of them everyone
