Tyler Perry might make goofy dramas, but he definitely understands human interactions and relationships. Neil Breen seems like he doesn't understand anything about what living life as a human being. I think people feel so awkward around him, his own actors forget what it's like being human, too, so everyone in the movie acts and speaks abnormally.
My favorite scene was at 33:23, when the filmmaker is at the background and I shouting at that scene. “YOU TEAR ME APART, BLUE-SCREEN SEQUENCES!” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

You could make the argument that the green screen in the Star Wars prequels was used to create backgrounds to other planets. Neil somehow couldn't find a building to film an office scene. Or a party scene. Or any other scene in general, especially when it's outside.

The cue cards must be written in small print or really bad hand writing (maybe both) cause the pauses with confusion on the actors face reminds me of myself in middle school.
you guys missed pointing out how the ninjas are literally the hostages with ninja masks on, because he was too cheap to hire more than a few actors. You can clearly see each of their faces under the masks. Also nobody points out how when they mime in the car, none of them are banging on the "windows" to get help. They just hold their hands splayed open as if mimes, to reinforce the myth of the window being shut. But you have to ask, WHY couldn't Breen just have the windows UP and them ACTUALLY bang on the windows??? Breen makes ZERO SENSE> utterly nuts

I've watched several reviews of this from different RUclipsrs, seen tons of clips and heard tons of plot synopsis'...still have no clue about the plot.

Neil Breen's films always scare me becasue it feels like the manifesto of someone who has no power and is ready to snap, but if given that power would take VERY drastic action to make ethe world his vision of perfection.
Not that this would help trying to figure out a Neil Breen movie and I don't know if you realize this or not but this is actually a sequel to his previous movie, Twisted Pair. So maybe that's why things didn't make sense to you??
Basically you could take everything necessary from Twisted Pair and explain it in a 30-second exposition dump: identical twin brothers given superpowers by aliens, one went bad though not utterly and is going mad and lost his powers, other is good according to Breen’s idea of good. That’s about it.
