      @@ashe792 Not true. Please define talent?
      I'm going to help you change your think. Loren Seagrave, considered the best sprint coach in the world made it very clear. People that run fast when they are young, "accidently" run fast. Meaning, they have some of the mechanics that help them to run fast. His point is, you can learn these mechanics & develop these techniques, such as mentioned in this YT short (figure 4) that helps people to sprint faster.
      Loren also mentioned that, "sprinting is a skill that anyone can learn." It's not something that you're born with. Please change your thoughts & you'll change the world.

    What you describe is only what you see or better said what are the effects of the technic of running. To describe exactly the reason of the speed you should explain the cynestethic of the atlete or at least the pattern who lead any single motion of the leg. For example you affirm that at with a best extension the speed increase. Well, it depends from the proportion among frequency and distance at any step. not all the best extensions increase the speed. They may decrease the speed if forced. That extension you are talking is the result of acceleration.

      You're an id¡ot! Color & race has zero to do with speed. He explained why the "black" sprinter is running faster than the "Asian" guy's.
      Bc you're an id¡ot, I'll leave you with this brilliant quote & joke by the late great black "BROTHER," comedian Paul Mooney:
      "White man can't jump, they don't have to, they own the team!"

    When i was a kid i was really slow. Maybe the slowest kid in class i literally couldn't sprint. And till today i dont know why😂.
    But one day at age of 11 as we played TAG at school i dont know how , i just unlocked my legs so suddenly i became the faster kid in school in that single day without training at all that morning i was the slowest and then the fastest.
    I donw know why or how (maybe someone can explain )
    Now i am 23, if you think that i never ever had train my running i am running with 26km/h and i think its pretty fast without training.
    and this is what i am regretting now I wish I had practiced it and now ,maybe i could run faster

    That’s crazy how come some black people know how to run. So what you’re telling me is that if the chinas knew how to run they would have somewhat of a chance to beat blackenstien.

    • @allroundlad
      @allroundlad 10 месяцев назад

      It's evolutionary. More fast twitch muscle fibres, denser muscle mass. Basically just built for running. A Chinese person can have perfect technique but they're not as well suited to running genetically speaking compared to the African gene
