- When dealing with people we tend to assume many things about the person in front of us. It is normal for us to make a crude joke or mimic the person when they make us annoyed or frustrated. Normal doesn't make it right though... Have now been on the other side, hearing doctors degrade my character and basically called me a liar and flat out classify me as a drug seeker...it hurt. So here is a message to all from someone who has been on both sides of the situation. Be careful with what you say and when you say it, not only did I leave still physically in pain but I also left emotionally hurt and humiliated. Nothing makes you better than someone else, not race or job or sex or age NOTHING.

On her facebook page. She also had an awareness page called "Vials of Love" and would always hold events every Summer to continue raising awareness. Her mother posted that she passed away.

No, her body just couldnt keep up the fight from all the chronic illnesses
Wow some doctors are so mean! I have a couple chronic illnesses and it really hurts your feelings when they accuse you of something that isn't true. Sorry :(

Oh God, some people are not fit humanly to be in the medical field. something of the sort happened to a woman in labor, the nurse was implying that she is pshying for drugs, and that poor lady had a 46 hours labor...
Are you on any benzodiazpam or muscle relaxers?You seem slow in your speech and movements. This might be the reason why they thought you where drug seeking. I'm not trying to be rude just letting you know. I also have been treated this way. I have multiple sclerosis and my flare up are very painful. It seems like if you go to the doctor for pain you are treated poorly. The crazy thing is the #1 reason people go to the doctor is for pain.
