There is a sidewalk 90% of the way to and from Jensen. There isn't sidewalk where I cut through some little neighborhoods to get to the Green River Parkway paved bike path but there are very few cars there. But, I am one of those cyclist that races, so, honestly, I am mostly on the road averaging 25 mph. I don't ride on the sidewalk much.

Jensen Beach is the Best
Jensen beach is ok but it can’t compare to Hallandale Beach and Hollywood beach.❤❤
You said you ride your bike from Tradition to Jensen Beach. Is there a sidewalk all the way? Would not ride on a busy highway.
