Bill haders was trying to dominate Fred Armisen. Voice impressions is Fred’s things, if you noticed, Fred was going to do it but bill rudely interrupted. If you look at Fred’s body language it shows that he feels threatened. If you look at the the body language it’s clear there is some kind of tension here.
