    Hardest: single leg RDL. Lost my balance.
    Easiest: knee pointers

      Single leg RDL's are tough, no doubt. Like I said in the video, I don't get anywhere close to flat before I have to come back up.

    Ashamed to admit how hard single leg balance was. Got some work to do. Easiest? Marches 😂Another great workout - thanks Coach Michael

    Easiest - forward lunge, hardest - single leg squats. Those just don't compute for me 😂

    Single Leg Squats is the hardest for me and I think this will be the case too for the majority of people. It's one of those master moves in calisthenics. It's so awesome when you can go very low down
