Super demonstration, but didn't shown exactly how fixed the pump with the cap, found fitted white pipe on cap and pump but how it's connected?

Está bien el vídeo, más de lo mismo que muchos otros ya han explicado, pero muy buena la idea de los cierres para la tapa y la junta tórica para un buen ajuste, como pega, el detalle de lo poco esmerado que eres trabajando ya que no pules los detalles, limpiar las rebabas de los tubos al cortarlos, poner teflón como grueso para pegarlo en un tubo de mayor diámetro, y algún detallito más.

This looks cool, what pump did you use? it seemed to be very powerful, not sure my fish would like it that fast lol
How would adding the heater into the pump work with the filter medium being around it?
You can control the intensity of the flow with a valve-like I did.
However, you can also adjust with a dimmer for the pump's power supply.
If you wonder about the heater, you mean that you will use the External Heater on the filter input. I think it should not be a big problem because the heating keeps the temperature of the tank and the temperature of the filter stable ( 26~28°C). the bacteria in the filter are still growing normally.

I was wondering that too. He put tape and glue on other joint but that particular area looked like a loose friction fit and nothing else.

Yes! You could make a hole on the cover of the filter more. And setup one C02 pipe into the pump. Now, The filter would run like the Co2 Mixer.

Please don't follow this guy. Everything he did was wrong. He had water every where I promise u lol. That thing leaks. I can't use Teflon and pvc glue. U def can't mix two different pvc and same glue lol. Just doesn't work.

I made many such aquarium filter for me and my friend. And it run very good.
You can try with AB glue (AB 302) at a joint.

@@diyformyhome2265 las resinas epoxi son tóxicas para animales acuáticos con efectos duraderos, lo pone en cualquiera de ellas. Además, si no recuerdo mal, este tipo de resinas no pega polietileno, polipropileno ni teflón. Por supuesto, como dice el comentario anterior, el pegamento de PVC tampoco los pega.
