I thank you for recognizing that we aren't just dumb, it really means a lot because growing up I thought I was just born stupid but it turns out that the education system generally can't be an effective one size fits all approach :') Even writing this paragraph is testament to how great an alternative approach to my education has been. That’s why I’m a strong supporter of having options, private school, homeschool, tutors, online programs, etc. Every child has something they are really good at. Like Einstien said, “if you judge a fish by it’s ability to climb a tree you will always be blind to it’s own gifts and talents.” (Paraphrasing here, but that’s the message. ). I heard her, and yes- she loves him dearly. My son is blessed with similar teachers here. They've all in one way or another this year cried because my son is graduating and they're going to miss him. I'm going to keep in contact with them so they can see how he is doing as a young man. He loves them too.

And if he’s a minor you’re walking a fine line bc I even thought about contacting the school & seeing if they’d simply pass along my information to his parents but again, fine line bc they can’t give out any info Edit: By social media I mean RUclips & Facebook & I checked Google I don’t have things like TikTok 😂

Of course, finding/looking for a minor can get tricky, folks should be protective but.. If it happens- & you can send a 'gift', that would be wonderful, if you don't you tried. There's always a way you can donate to causes that touches your heart, your generosity would be appreciated in other ways to many other deserving folks/kids/ animals. ❤

His reading comprehension skills were clearly just fine. He had no issue understanding what the letter was about. He struggled with reading potentially due to a TBI, dyslexia, sight issues, or any other number of things.
