I enjoyed every second of this video. Amazing collection and projects you have going on. I myself have 4 Subarus now and understand the joy that this can bring.
Most people junk these cars sadly. They are great cars it’s great to see someone saving these beautiful Subarus. I rather see them being fixed instead of junked. Here in Cali I’d see a lot of Outback and legacy at junkyards that are perfectly fine but just a blown head gasket or leaky engines. I was planning to buy another Outback and build it.
Man I wish you lived closer to me, I love your passion for these cars... keep doing what your doing it’s guys like you that makes guys like me love these Subaru’s even more everyday thanks man #YouRock 🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾
Awesome dude. This is really my dream, to buy up all the unwanted subies in my area and give em a little love. Keep up the good work & good luck on all of your repairs
+wars1977 the bad thing is, I currently have about 4-5 repair videos filmed. I just haven't had the free time with work to edit them and get them up on the channel. Hopefully I will have a new repair video up next Sunday. Fingers crossed.
I like your little farm of subis. Very nice collection. I wonder about the flat six sound at 1:40. It sounds good. At my h6 my 2002 i never heared this. Are there differences at the exhaust system? I have this with the bypass. Kind regards
+modelrailwayman this car was running a straight pipe behind the catalytic converter. The exhaust rusted away and broke. I bought it for parts. That's the difference in sound. No mufflers.
i live in a australia we had to rebadge legacy as liberty because there is a war veteran's foundation with the same name here. i also have many subaru's, maintaining multiple batteries is the worst and most stressful part of having many cars by far
Dear Mr Subaru I particularly like the video of your yard of Subaru's. Out of your entire collection I don't see any Tribeca models. I would be really interested in seeing videos on them.
Amazing collection! You really love subies. It’s hard for me to find H6 Outbacks at the junkyard so I can get the rear brakes off of one. Do you still have the rear brakes on the wrecked one? Willing to sell?
Nice collection, i have a legacy 1998 sedan 85 kw ej201 i think. I dont know what to do with it. Any suggestion 300000 km. Restoration? Change engine? Will a wrx engine fits?
I just bought a 1994 Subaru legacy alpine that's had some adventures, it's inspected in really good shape for the age rust wise , but she has her quirks, where do you recommend getting parts for an old legacy
I'll be looking out for the 98 legacy gt videos :)) got one myself and plan to do a bit more to it, possibly h6 swap if I can my hands on one hah but for now it's my awesome daily
Great collection ! I got a 1995 subaru legacy the ej22 engine with 301thousand miles on it and wondered if you can tell me what engines will fit this it's awd and automatic, I was going to line one up for a spare for drop the old and slap in a new. Been a Gm man all my 82 year old life ! yeah I'am a old mechanic but still can turn a wrench !
Subarus are like Lego. You can put any Subaru engine it in. Bolts right up, the wiring and pcm on the other hand don't. Straight bolt in, look for another EJ22E.
At 1:59 I see that the H6 OBW’s bumper is hanging off. I have an 01 LL Bean. My bumper looks exactly the same, what did you do to fix yours? Love your content btw!
Enjoyed the tour sir. Are you planning on making a video on the EZ30 engine swap into the legacy? I have always wanted to swap one into another older impreza. Honestly I'm jealous you have so many Subarus lol
Dang! That's a lot of Legacys! You've got a lot of the engine and transmission combos there. I have a JDM legacy. It has a 4.444/1 5 speed stock and a 2.0l twin turbo engine. That's the only engine/transmission combo that I don't see here (for obvious reasons).
By the way, Your videos are lots of help to me. Just three weeks ago I replaced the alternator on my EZ30D after watching your video. You're a good man to help a stranger like me. Best wishes.
Hey Mr. Subaru, love your videos, helped inspire me to start taking care of more stuff myself. I have 2003 outback wagon 2.5 with 194,000 miles. I've got some rust spots at the back wheel wells and inside the rear doors, I think from the weather stripping of the window shrinking and cracking. Would you go the bondo route or weld in some fresh metal? Thanks!
SVX...has a bad transmission. That line right there appears in more that 50% of the Craigslist ads I see for SVX. And even though it doesn't have a boxer engine, you need a Justy in the collection.
Great collection of Subies, a couple of questions. Do you know with the outback, are the side trim panels all the same colour? And do the outbacks have front mud flaps?
Most all of the 2nd Gen side cladding was gold. Some 03-04 models did have silver cladding though. The 2nd Gens do have factory installed/molded mud guards.
Bravo sir, bravo!!! Love it!! My hero......My 98 died due to head gasket, now I have an 09 Outback base model, do these have the same gasket problems?? Currently it has 200k and leaks oil trying to figure out from where.....thank you for the video(s)!!!!!
MrSubaru1387 Thanks for the info, I guess it's better to leak externally, I do have to replace the original timing belt, water pump and pullies..... Can you recommend which products to by, ? Originals from Subaru, Gates any other? Thank you for your guidance!
Yeah, I love the car to death. The body is excellent and the engine is still running great but the rest of the drivetrain is beginning to let go. Especially the 4EAT. Bought a complete drivetrain from a 99 Legacy GT 5MT and will be totally swapping out this spring.

+Mike Miller how's that? Subaru engines are fine when cared for properly. You can see from the few I have over 250k miles with all original everything. All these cars were bought cheap and blown because of previous owner neglect. Any engine/vehicle that is neglected is susceptible to early failure.
MrSubaru1387 people say that to me all the time, then I show them my 480,000 mile outback, or my 208,000 mile outback, or my 330,000 mile outback, or my 240,000 mile outback. I could go on but I’ll leave it there.
some people dream of a big mansions with sports cars, then theres us: wide open space and lots of subarus! love the videos and content keep it up man!
+Michael Agosta thank you. Glad you enjoyed the video.
Wow! I don't think i've ever heard the flat sing on full song before! That thing sounds amazing!!
+Steve Rand thanks!
First flat six sounded amazing bro! Nice Subaru gang !!!!!!
+IGNATAM AMUOH thank you. glad you enjoyed.
How does one make an ez sound like that! xD
Non oem exhaust. Lol
Show me your ways. I have an after market exhaust an sounds nothing like that!
Ok, truth be told, the exhaust was rusted on this one and I cut it off past the cats. Haha.

What a good collection you have, and the place is also very beautiful, you live in farm.
+rafael odenir that I do. Thank you.
OK... I'm fuckn jealous. Well done picking them on the cheap. Wonder how many I can get in my small yard.
So much Leather !!!! I have owned 3 Subarus ..none with leather.
I got a 99 2.5 gt legacy sedan white and I love it!
Nice line up brotha 🖒
+JFAutomotive thanks
wow such a great collection!
+Eric So thanks!
do u like the new subaru car? I love the old legacy more than those nowadays..
+Eric So I do like the new ones, just can't be spending that kind of money on a car. Haha.
Happy Boxing in Subaru Heaven
Wow buddy you got the Subaru bug bad I kinda wish I had the space like you to have a few for spares
+dtec30 that I do. Haha. Yeah have 400+ acres.

Very nice !!!
Thanks!
😍what a collection😍
+Maxwell McComb thanks! Added a 2005 Legacy GT Limited sedan and an 05 Legacy 2.5i Limited wagon since.
MrSubaru1387 any interest in getting a justy or brat?
+Maxwell McComb I'd love either if I could find cheap, rust free examples.
i live in a australia we had to rebadge legacy as liberty because there is a war veteran's foundation with the same name here. i also have many subaru's, maintaining multiple batteries is the worst and most stressful part of having many cars by far
Dear Mr Subaru I particularly like the video of your yard of Subaru's. Out of your entire collection I don't see any Tribeca models. I would be really interested in seeing videos on them.
+Conrad Bottorff yea, no Tribeca and no Foresters. I've owed one Forester before, but still no Tribeca.
Is there better valve and head gasket replacements than Subaru OEM gaskets?
+Conrad Bottorff I only use and recommend the OEM parts.
Keep making them videos mate
I love your vids man I have a 05 wrx 4eat, I hope one day to have a collection of Subaru's like you
+Gino Listo glad you enjoyed the videos. Actually just shot a video last weekend or servicing the 4EAT. 👍
This is subaru heavennnnnnnnnn
I have a 2002 Subaru outback Vdc h6 3.0. But its a sedan. White and grey bottom
Damn those are pretty rare to come by are you the first owner
@@jason11801 no i think im the 3rd owner
I would love to have a collection like this if I could find a way to keep rats out of the three vehicles I already own.
I have an 04 liberty rx sedan with sunroof and an 01 liberty rx wagon
Amazing collection! You really love subies. It’s hard for me to find H6 Outbacks at the junkyard so I can get the rear brakes off of one. Do you still have the rear brakes on the wrecked one? Willing to sell?

Quite a collection.
Like Jay Leno
But you only collect Subaru's
Have you considered 4.44 or a 5 speed swap on the SVX with what you have there? You could go either way. That is an awesome collection.
+cottonzway yes. That's my plan right now. Having a bit of trouble locating a decent 4.44 trans in the junkyard though.
Mr Subaru I have a couple 4.44 trannnsmissions
IMHO, the ideal car is one that makes very little noise, especially the engine/exhaust.
Great collection ! I got a 1995 subaru legacy the ej22 engine with 301thousand miles on it and wondered if you can tell me what engines will fit this it's awd and automatic, I was going to line one up for a spare for drop the old and slap in a new. At 1:59 I see that the H6 OBW’s bumper is hanging off. I have an 01 LL Bean. My bumper looks exactly the same, what did you do to fix yours? Love your content btw!
It's a parts car. Didn't fix it. The issue is usually a broken mount or missing screw in the corner of the bumper.
Enjoyed the tour sir. Are you planning on making a video on the EZ30 engine swap into the legacy? I have always wanted to swap one into another older impreza. Honestly I'm jealous you have so many Subarus lol
I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I do plan to film the swap. It may be a while before I start that project though.

+KALI1080 yea.. Unavailable in the US market unfortunately..
MrSubaru1387 yeah that's too bad. makes me want to drive to the US with my legacy.
Una lastima que la SUBARU no haga los repuestos de por vida, si fuera así todos esos modelos estuvieran en perfecta función 🤒😭
Woww men, the SVX
That's quite a nice fleet you have there with plenty of spare parts. I'm jealous.
+S Franz yea, the majority are just parts cars.

I've got some rust spots at the back wheel wells and inside the rear doors, I think from the weather stripping of the window shrinking and cracking. I'd cut and weld. Mud over what else needs to be done to finish it up.
Sorry, please clarify "mud over"? Thanks for the reply
Bondo. Mudding is bodyshop lingo for Bondo or body filler.
@@jamiemahan1369 the mud he's referring is Bondo body putty. Because it's has muddy color
Just got 04 outback vdc 3.0 anything I sure keep an eye on at 140000?

SVX...has a bad transmission. That line right there appears in more that 50% of the Craigslist ads I see for SVX.
And even though it doesn't have a boxer engine, you need a Justy in the collection.
Common issue. The old 4EAT wasn't made for the power output of the EG33. It was made to handle the 120hp EJ22E.
Very interesting. Hey for your "Patches" - why is the alternator blue? Did it come like that or did you paint it to spice it up ?
+BCal came off a parts car. Someone had spray painted the entire engine blue.
Great collection of Subies, a couple of questions. Do you know with the outback, are the side trim panels all the same colour? And do the outbacks have front mud flaps?
Most all of the 2nd Gen side cladding was gold. Some 03-04 models did have silver cladding though. The 2nd Gens do have factory installed/molded mud guards.
why you don't make a big shade to prevent paint damage caused by UV?

+Manuel Bejarano the newer Subaru 2.5 does still have the head gasket issues. They leak externally rather than internally like your 98 did.
MrSubaru1387 Thanks for the info, I guess it's better to leak externally, I do have to replace the original timing belt, water pump and pullies..... Can you recommend which products to by, ? Originals from Subaru, Gates any other? Thank you for your guidance!
+Manuel Bejarano Aisin is my kit of choice. They use Subaru oem components in their kits.
nice.
+mannyman thank you
How can someone prevent a blown head gasket on a Subaru?
+Integrafreak1 you can't. You catch it early, replace it with the new updated design, and don't worry about it again.
99 OBW blew headgasket at 40K miles. Replaced with updated version. Over 300K miles later and no problems ever again.
+Cap10323 yup. Simply a flawed OE part. Once properly replaced there's no issue. Just a super reliable vehicle. 👍
Yeah, I love the car to death. The body is excellent and the engine is still running great but the rest of the drivetrain is beginning to let go. Especially the 4EAT. Bought a complete drivetrain from a 99 Legacy GT 5MT and will be totally swapping out this spring.
