Excellent review, I tried the Pro3 and returned it for the Speed 3. I have the Speed 2 as well.. I found the Pro 3 to be excellent but like you mentioned when I am tired and running on auto pilot it does not push you forward like a Vaporfly would. I have the Alphafly V1 and Puma Deviate Nitro Elite & new balance RC Elite V2 and non push you better then the Vaporfly 🙄. I see the New Balance RC Elite V2 as a long distance run shoe and recovery days shoe.. Alphafly V1 for fast running but not long distance as I have to change my running style to land midfoot or forefoot which makes me quite tired.. Can't go on auto pilot like the Vaporfly..
Yes, the RC Elite V2 is a bit too soft for me for racing, although I love the way those shoes look. The new iteration of the RC Elite is rumoured to use the same Energy Arc system the SC Trainer does; I look forward to giving those a try when they come out. The METASPEED SKY+ is up there with the Vaporfly in terms of cushioning and energy return, and many pro runners seem to have a lot of success in the Adios Pro 3s.

You should get the pink version! 🙌 They are absolutely gorgeous. I'm not moving far away from Bristol, and planning on coming back to run my Downs laps even after the move, albeit a little less often 😄

how are speed 3? i tried the next percent but too narrow in the toe area for me
@@gudboyngdisyerto Speed 3 quite narrow. Like Speed 2. Pro3 has more toe room.

I agree the propulsion is not on par with Nike, Adidas or Asics Carbon racers, by the way which shoe scored highest on your rating scale?
