All you had to do was turn the wheel inside. Take out 4 pins. Pull it replace and done. No need to pull the wheel and all the plastic out. Take 60 sec.
Literally jut did mine 30 minutes ago after watching this video. Was wondering why my back turn signal was blinking fast but I forgot to realize they are all entwine together so if the front goes out it will cause the back to go out of flash faster than normal. Thanks for the video, helped a lot because I thought I was going to have to detach the whole front bumper to get to that light.
Great video. Thank you! I turned my wheel hard to the inside and discovered my inner fender well was broke (didn’t know this) just enough my hand fit right in. Was able to change the bulb without removing anything! Lucky day!
Doesn't work for a 2012 CTS. The turn signal is up top of the headlight assembly. You have to remove the headlight assembly which means removing the bumper. I removed all of this only to find out you can't get access up that far through the wheel well.
Thank you for the video. Getting ready to do this on the wife's 03 now. You are a big help!

Awesome!
I followed this exactly as told , worked perfectly, thanks dood!
Awesome 👍
04 CTS blinker light went out yesterday great help
👍
You only have to remove a couple push pins in the front. You can pull the plastic back and reach in.
Another video show how to just turn the wheel inwards. Pop out a few pins and then access the light and make and easy change in about 5 minutes or so.
You don't have to remove the tire you just have to turn it.
It makes the job easier though.
@@KevinNadeau That is true but for those of us without the capabilities it's an alternative :)
Yep, I did it thanks to your tip. Saved me a backache and some time.
What a **** design. Diagnosed & forwarded.
Your helper looks like he is a high roller 👍
Very helpful / thank you sir

Thanks 👍

Did you mean a 3157 bulb? An 1157 has a round base with 2 pins on it. A 3157 is a push in.
You are correct👍 It is a 3157 bulb.
Will this work the same for a 07 srx?
I'm guessing it will.
Will this work on a 2009 Cadillac CTS
I would think so
Just go in behind the front wind skirt
Is anyone know where is the flasher on a 2009 Cadillac CTS?

Did u jack up the car
Please comment
Yes I did (note the wheel is off)
Is there a certain bulb to use
@@Levi_kennels I used a standard incandescent bulb, I think it was a 3157 bulb.
@@KevinNadeau 2007 right ?
Wat about tail light
Not sure, I never had to replace a taillight bulb. Sorry.
Help! I can't find the right bulb for the car!
I've looked everywhere but I can't find anywhere that has the exact bulb
Unless you have 20 inch forearms, there's no need to take the wheel off.
My outlaw-lol
Cadillac 08 srx pain in the ass to get to it.
All that to change 1 bulb...That's just ridicules
Yup 🙄
Not a good view
