The video editing is a bit misleading... The run may have started in 1983 but the bike race began around 1992. It's cool to see Ken. I think he was still competing in the run that first bike race year. He said he thought running was easier, because you can rest if you get tired. Both of the Kloubers are amazing people. So happy for their success
The only reason why this series isn’t perfect, is they skip the men or the women each race/episode after the first race in California. I really wanted to see each gender documented for each race.
I just watched a recap that covered both men’s and women’s. It was a little shorter, but it had both. And it was for this year/race (the one in this video). 🤷🏻♀️
I need more race, less booming bass. You've captured personalities which is good [tdf misses completely] but you're telling me which athletes like chili, and not who was an olympian.
Hello friends of the mountain bike world Please do not purchase YT bikes, the company sent me a damaged unsafe bike and is refusing to help me. All they care about is selling bikes
Can't get over how good Season 1 was! 🚴♀💖 It's a must-have in our collection. Season 2 is amazing, but this is where it all started. Hats off!
It's so good!
Keegan is an absolute beast! Way to represent the mtb crew in all these disciplines.
Very exciting, I would have loved to see the women's race as well.
Keep watching the series! Each episode rotates male-female!
@@LifeTimeGrandPrix prefer the episodes that focus on both men and women
@@LifeTimeGrandPrixwhy not have both? Double the views!
Why not make full length feature films about every race and every individual rider?? Geez people… be happy that you get these awesome videos.
Take a seat "Drive to Survive"

Such an amazing video series!
i like my wife and children, but i love whoever is responsible for this content
Exciting! I’m buying a Mazda! This series is so epic! Elite and Everyman racing is where it’s at!
Thank you Cheryl!!! The 15-20 minutes is the sweet spot for me.
Cool to see the tire plugs mounted to the front cables on a few bikes here. Looks like more bacon is better!
Exciting! Thanks!
So epic!!!
Awesome episode 🤘
Nice
Thanks!
Cool
It really stinks that Lifetime removed the Barn Burner MTB Race in Flagstaff, Arizona from their race series. Very disappointing.
Where can I get Payson's hat?
IEDs? America is nuts
Looks like the gravel racers can't hang with the mtb racers.

hopefully they get bigger budgets for the documentary and can do a separate episode for each race for the men and women.

Do I see someone littering on the pristine mountain slopes at 25:26 of the video?

We've got a number of Olympians lining up at our events, don't worry! Keep an eye out for this year's coverage, we think you'll like what you see!
Anyone else triggered by all these pro guys riding road pedals/shoes on mountain bikes?!
I don’t get it. MTB pedals and shoes work just as well and there’s still a chance of walking in this race. I wouldn’t do it.
Too much set-up in this video and not enough action. Very frustrating to watch , should have been 7-8 min max.

poor baby
That stinks. Straight from the factory, it’s defective? What’s wrong?
so basically its a bunch of roadies on mtb's-put them on an actual mtb trail, then I'll be impressed. until then...yawn.
No. Most of these guys are hammers off road on difficult, tech trails.
