    This is a very good video to improve fluency. When I was in college, I learned that reading aloud every day for 10 minutes is the proven way of improving reading fluency. I tried it, and it worked!!!!!!!!!!!! If anyone is reading my comment, try it at least for a week!

    It's a really famous Korean fairy tale. I love this fairy tale, too. I think many Koreans like this fairy tale.Yes, I'm sure! I'm glad to listen that again. It reminds me of my childhood. Thank you so mcuh😄😄

    I am so happy I came across this. I’m still learning vocabulary words and have started reading short stories or articles found on Google to practice reading. My pronunciation needs some work but I love this video because I can pause and read it myself and then play it with the speakers voice to compare my pronunciation. I still sound a bit like a robot but I’m becoming a bit more comfortable with reading.

    This is just what I needed to practice reading fluency in Korean! No, I don't don't know how to speak Korean, but I still want to learn to read it, and I think I'd like to learn to speak it too. I learned the basics about reading it three days ago and have been practicing reading Korean every day/ night since.
    I am wondering: is this story a poem in Korean? I noticed that every time it ends with "neda."

    • @Serpencia
      @Serpencia 9 лет назад +26

      Heather Toomey no, its not a poem, it's like a fairy tale. The fact that everything ends with nida, is because that's a verb ending, it's a formal polite form of the verbs in the story.
