The double atg mk 2 was insane

I'm so glad you mentioned umbrella on lasers.
I did a co-op run with a friend and she was blessed with its presence on contact light. She used a single turret to annihilate providence AND the wurms.
It was glorious.
Also anything that procs from taking damage is especially good on lasers.
She also had panic mines, so after the 15 second beam of death there was also a pile of bombs for providence to step on like legos

Ok so on lazer turrets if you have 1 ancient scepter, enough timekeepers for at least 9 seconds of time stop, and an amethyst, you can infinitely stop time, one turret will fire and stop time and while time is stopped you place the other at it charges up and fires during the timestop, allowing you to spend as much time on a stage as you want while only progressing the in-game timer by mere seconds.

I got the idea from another content creator called Areima. He kinda did this once in a lazer turret video, and I took note to make the exact strategy for a low time run.
Yet another weird Laser Turret interaction: Laser Turbine.
Each tick the turret charges, also charges the Turbine. HOWEVER, a single stack does NOT fire the Turbine before the turret dies. However however, stacking TWO Turbines (which I somehow got stage 1 the first time using the Laser Turret) will fire the Turbine laser BEFORE the turret unleashes it's fury
Another thing about beam drones, you can also get one on the Contact Light albeit a bit uncommon.
2 things, 1st engineers primary is god awful early on, but after getting ~100 syringes he spews out his grenades like a seasick child. 2nd, dios is a godsend not only for saving you in cinch, but because turrets are now twice as effective *especially* lazer turrets

Great Video! I'm an die-hard engi main myself, and I can say this guide is pretty accurate. My play style is kind of just running around spamming missiles and mines to keep enemies away from me until I can place turrets to clear them all. I'll also throw down a turret to distract enemies from time to time, but only if I think I will be in danger if I don't. I personally only use the default abilities because the unlock mines and turret don't really suit my play style and the unlock grenades break my muscle memory because of their different arc. I also very much agree that almost every item is good on engi! If you never want to pick up a bad item again, play engi. Anyways, great video, and I'm looking forward to more stuff!
Thank you fren! Absolutely as players get better they learn to be more independent of the turrets, eventually moving quicker and keeping ahead of the difficulty curve. Glad you enjoyed :3

okay I know that soldier's syringe is a great item for Engineer but PLEASE do not actually inject gasoline, heroine, and steroids into your veins.

Yeah but now your buddy has an additional attack per action :p
I may be wrong, but I think wicked ring affects the primary attack. So if you get even one wicked ring, you can focus on increasing critical chance and it’ll buff attack speed by a ton.

I think fire shield should be mentioned more. Damage sacking turret is much more powerful most of the game. The regular auto attack doesnt do much on hordes, and it will die fast. On provi, auto gets a chance to shine, but damage tanking with shield and mines and stuff is even more braindead easy and effective from what i’ve found.
I'll have to give that a try, fire shield is real good but I hadn't tried that method
@@whispers8888 yeah its really fun because the turrets are like a second set of push mines because of the fire shield knockback. You can create an impenetrable safe area and just throw stuff into the crowds that gather.

My playstyle on him is bit interesting, since his utility skill has short cool down, get 1 Hardlight Afterburner and 1 or 2 Alien Heads, I just run around spamming utility skill. Have some movement speed item so when utility skill is active, jump and move to position myself a lil bit. Easy win :P
