Hey @Ben Allen , I just passed the NREMT now I just have all skills then whiskey phase
Im gonna join the Canadian one, is it mush different?
Learn the Soldiers Creed, Army Song, Rank Structure, Warrior Ethos, General Orders, Army Values, and some Army acronyms such as SPORTS. Army’s birthday. Also learn who the Army Chief of staff is, secretary of the Army, Secretary of Defense and the Sergeant Major of the Army.
Also for AIT study your branch and see if it has its own creed/song etc. I was an engineer soldier and we had to learn the engineer song in AIT. If your going infantry, learn the infantrymen’s creed.
POV: you're watching this video and you ship the next day..........

Beautiful video.. thank you Sir .. Enjoy your info
Thank you so much for being as helpful as you are
Ben, you’ve probably already made a video of this type of stuff, but could you do a video on how to properly make a military bed, properly fold your clothes the military way? I know you can find videos all over RUclips, just thought it would be a different idea for you.
Thank you

Does the army care about your job history prior to enlistment?
It might come into play if you need a security clearance. The security clearance paperwork asks job history. If you been fired from a bunch of jobs especially for things like sexual harassment, embezzlement, or IT security violations you could run into problems.

Yes ssiiiirrr
Do they help you with some kinda g.e.d program?
Best option if you don’t have a GED or diploma is to look at Sophia learning. Go look up us army or armed forces tier 1 education requirements. Under tier 1 it states “ Regular high school graduates, adult diploma holders, and non-graduates with at least 15 hours of college credit. “ Back to what I was saying about Sophia learning it’s a college like course system. Take enough classes to hit 15 credits 100 level. It should only take you 2-3 months shorter to complete. Runs about $70 a month. Im currently in the process of enlisting and this is what’s helping me get in. Talk with your local recruiter and refer that tier one education requirement to him or her. I spoke with 5 recruiters 3 army 2 Air Force all said the same thing it’s equal to a high school diploma in the military’s eyes.
