I think the 360 degree camera helps a new fisherman watch your movements when you cast so they have a better idea of what to do when they are in the river. Good video man 🤟
You consistently putout great videos and I think the new 360degree angle will enhance them! Thanks for getting out despite being terribly sick and giving us this weeks fix!
Great video. Really like the new camera and the angle. Really happy you got to catch some beautiful fish even though I knew you probably felt like crap. Hope and pray 🙏 you get well soon. And as always, tight lines.
I really enjoy the new angle, I often wish to see the scenery around you when fishing and the wider FOV helps with that, It also shows the obstacles in the water better so we can see what items you get frustrated with,.
@hardmanfishing me too. But that was the only time I've fished that hole in the 15 years I've been going down. Your videos encouraged me to pick up the fly rod. I've got alot of learning to do. Going good so far.
“I’m not going talk much on this video.” 😂😂 Honestly, I prefer the talking , gives me more of a feeling of being there. Plus, I like the 360 camera views. Beautiful stream!
I like the new camera. Personally, I prefer the other view because I really like watching your line management and hooksets. It’s all good stuff though. That first brown was a tank! Thank you for sharing and I hope you feel better soon. -Ben from Maryland
Liking the fish eye lens! Gives a better view of “the stuff” and where it’s located in the river. Could be a useful learning tool for you and your viewers! I’ve made many mistakes that I wish I could have seen from that angle to figure out where/what I did wrong. Hope you continue to use it and am always looking forward to the next video.
Glad you got to catch some fish while on the mend. New camera angle is both cool and a bit disorienting. Gives a lot more insight into what you're seeing on the water though, which I dig.
@@hardmanfishing You probably get this a lot, but if you ever want to go fishing on Dry Fork I will be honored. I’m new to fly fishing, I’m only 14 but I will just go to learn
new sub. here! I have really been interested in fly fishing and hope to get my first set up soon when I get the extra cash. 360 cam is a neat angle, would be cool if you can just sync the audio from your other camera and use the audio from it and the video from the 360 for some shots. Nice job, can't wait to try it out tho!
I do like the 360 camera angle. As one commenter said gives a good perspective on how you make your cast. Just have to watch where the "seam" is where the camera blends the video together. Another lens to keep the splashes off of. At times it almost looked like a video game. That said an entire video may be a bit much but segments like you did are perfect. Get well soon.
Agreed! I’m new to the entire thing so I’ve got some kinks to work out. But I don’t think I’d ever do an entire video with it, the audio on the camera isn’t good enough. Thanks for the feedback and thanks for watching!
The new camera view is good. Would you be willing to share your casting location basis and stream water interpretations during your recording? Hope you better sooner🐟
I hope you feel better! The 360 camera is a cool view, but can be a little disorienting. I agree with the other comment that it could help beginner anglers see how you position yourself on the creek
I liked the new camera angle but I enjoy the regular angle to, I like the nice mix you used with the angles and only using the 360 sometimes. I enjoyed the video!!! Btw what knots do you tie when you build your streamer leaders? Blood or surgeons or?
What set up does he have, line and all? My fly Rod and line cannot just straight cast out like that I’d have to do the whole back and forth back and forth ordeal to get it out there
So i just got into euro nymphing and the angle is super helpful to help me learn, it is harder to understand you tho. Maybe you can tweek it a hair. Just realized you have the exact same setup as me. Courtland mkII with a hydros full cage. I have fished mine a few times and am really enjoying it. How do you like the rod? Feel better btw!
Looks good on my iPhone. My tv isn’t good enough to tell the difference though. Also wondering what brown wet wading pants are those? And what shoes do you use. Been trying to find something new
Awesome video! But if you don’t keep posting routinely I’m gonna steal your shoe laces! Let that be a warning. Jk my man but I love your videos though keep ‘em coming!
You've shown us another great river and it's fish. A water temperature of 15C°s I never knew that it got that hot. Don't know why you're so anti stocked fish though. Although it's obviously a good camera I don't really like those very wide angled shots, there's far too much distortion in them, sorry. See that you got a new net in the end, the old one was getting a bit tatty.
I think the 360 degree camera helps a new fisherman watch your movements when you cast so they have a better idea of what to do when they are in the river. Good video man 🤟
Yeah I think it's pretty dope. I think I'll try to squeeze it in to the videos in the future
Being brand new to fly fishing (just went out this past week for the first time) the different angle definitely helps!
Awesome 👍🏻👍🏻
My exact thoughts. The “third person” view shows so much more of movement
Im down for that!!! Amen
You consistently putout great videos and I think the new 360degree angle will enhance them! Thanks for getting out despite being terribly sick and giving us this weeks fix!
I like the camera angle. It felt like a video game. I have not seen that angle before in a fishing video.
Several people have made comments about it being like a video game... that's an interesting perspective. Thanks for watching!
Pretty fish , cool stream, new camera, I count that as a good day. Thank you sharing with us.
I would have to say that would be a perfect day!! Thank you God for opening up my eyes.
I like seeing it from over head and behind. Watching your moves and seeing things from above.
Heck yeah thanks for the feedback!!
I like the new camera view, it's like I am on a step ladder right behind you. 👍 Feel better soon 😀 Enjoyed
Glad you enjoyed the new angle! And thanks I'll do my best
Yeah this camera angle is pretty cool! Kind of a Birds Eye view!😊👍
Heck yeah! Glad you enjoyed it!
Great vid and camera work. Beautiful stream, browns and native brook trout. If you are still not over your illness, do get well soon.
Great video. Really like the new camera and the angle. Really happy you got to catch some beautiful fish even though I knew you probably felt like crap. Hope and pray 🙏 you get well soon. And as always, tight lines.
Good way to get over being sick!! Lol!! Fish on 🎣

Love the camera! Great view!
Very nice first brown. New camera works pretty well imo.
Love that angle…. Keep doing that!,,
Sweet camera angle on the net!
That first brown was a beauty.
No doubt! Doesn't get much prettier. As a side note I recognize the spot in your profile picture😂 I drive past there quite a bit

I love when cheeky hardman fishing adventures posts

I agree! I think it's personally a cool angle to use. I'll try to work it in to some future videos for sure! Thank you so much for watching!
I really like the 360 camera angle

Yeah I’ve got to work out some kinks but I think if it’s done right it could make for some cool content. Thanks for watching!
Waay cool camera. Learning a good bit from you
Best cure for anything’s a little outdoors!☝🏼 let’s go boys!
Amen
Jon, that trout fishing was sick! 😉
Can't argue with that!! Thanks for watching
Liked the 360👍🏻
Glad you enjoyed it!
thanks for the Vid. not sure about the camera, take care of yourself and get better!
Thank you!

I love the new camera angle❤️
Another great video. Thanks for producing quality videos! I like the 360 mixed with other angles/views. Can you let us know what cameras that you use?
I like a different camera angle occasionally! Hope you’re feeling better 👍🏻
Thanks for the feedback and I'm feeling much better now! But it was tough there for about a week and a half 😂
Love the new camera!!!
Heck yeah! Thanks for the feedback!
Nice fish
A singular Big Mac would be quite immaculate right now
You're a trooper bro. I feel like dogshit also. Went fishing feel better. Love the cam perspective.
Dude it’s rough out here, but glad I could get out as well! Thanks for watching
You were my inspiration to start my channel again!

I've been trying learn how to fly fish but I haven't caught anything on it yet I have been watching videos like this to learn more
Always wade upstream , learn to roll cast, buy some bead head prince nymphs.
I do like the 360 camera angle. As one commenter said gives a good perspective on how you make your cast. Just have to watch where the "seam" is where the camera blends the video together. That camera looks like it would catch good casting shots when you have some room to huck massive casts.
That’s honestly why I bought it! Could make for a really sick angle in the right scenario
I hope you feel better! The 360 camera is a cool view, but can be a little disorienting. I agree with the other comment that it could help beginner anglers see how you position yourself on the creek
Thanks for the feedback! I don’t think I’d use it all of the time. But could be cool to mix it in occasionally
I liked the new camera angle but I enjoy the regular angle to, I like the nice mix you used with the angles and only using the 360 sometimes. I enjoyed the video!!! Btw what knots do you tie when you build your streamer leaders? Blood or surgeons or?
We’ve been getting a decent amount of rain down here so I may be streamer fishing next weekend!
What kind of camera are you using? Love it!
I haven’t been brookie fishing in 3 months and now I’m jealous lol
I haven't been brookie fishing in probably a month, at least not on purpose LOL
What set up does he have, line and all? My fly Rod and line cannot just straight cast out like that I’d have to do the whole back and forth back and forth ordeal to get it out there
Man I wish I knew where this is! I’m Jonesin for some cold water!!!!
I know where this is. Perfect
How were you detecting the strikes? I'm new to fly fishing.

Later, gone fishin
I prefer the lower camera angle
Camera angle is a total different perspective, fun to watch. Get your voice back soon!🤧
New camera is cool if you can keep it clean.
Yeah keeping it clean is tough. But idk if I want to take off the lens protectors or not 😂
Interesting views-What kind of camera and how is it mounted?
It's an insta360 camera! It's just mounted on a stick... idk how else to describe it. Kind of wild technology
Can you make a video on just how to catch trout with dry flys because I've been really struggling on how to catch them with it thanks love ur vids
I can definitely do that! Glad you enjoy the videos
What euro nymphing leader are you using?
is that a mono rig set up or euro nymph fly line?
You should show the flys your using
I used lots of different flies and non worked too well 😂
Where did you get your euro nymphing rod?
This is a Cortland rod, I just ordered it from their website as a backup rod but I actually really like it
@@hardmanfishingokay thanks you!

Make consistently good content, it doesn't happen over night. It's taken me a solid 5 years of consistent posting to get to where I'm at now
@@hardmanfishing Thank you for replying! I’ll keep that in mind!
what was your rig if you dont mind?

Hi what size of pole are you using for small creeks?
