It's Sande plywood. It's got the thinnest veneer I've ever seen and it never really gets buttery smooth since the veneer is so thin. I bought a few sheets when plywood was stupid expensive and I still have most of them sitting on a rack. It's gonna be relegated to drawer box bottoms only and with a thick poly finish on it. Nice table!

Nope, it’s African Mahogany, I’m pretty sure. Sande is light colored.
