I agree with Elizabeth and Patsy 9 can often relate to those meanings in dreams. Something to add to that too is God is extremely relational with his kids, so whatever He's revealing to us often times relates to us personally which is why context is always so important. So when it comes to numbers God could be pointing out a time that 9 was mentioned in the Bible, a specific chapter 9 in the Bible. He could also be pointing out how 9 has significant meaning in your own life. For example I was born in September, so when I see 9 it has huge meaning for me that it may not for someone born in a different month. Maybe something significant stands out from when you were 9. Or it could mean growth in that a baby usually grows for 9 months in the womb, that could be personal growth, spiritual growth, ministry, job, anything... Take it in context of what have you been praying about, or seeking the Lord about, and see if maybe the 9 has to do with that.
It could also be a way that the Lord is drawing you to Himself. Like in Proverbs 25:2 (interestingly those verse numbers add up to 9. 2+5+2=9) it's the glory of God to conceal a matter, and the honor of kings to search it out. Sometimes it's not always the answer that's the point, but what we learn in seeking the answer. God bless! :)
