Psalm 42 is a psalm by the sons of Korah who explain their deep need for God and bring the need to Him through honest prayer.

Im going to start this by saying I’m not religious. But lately I’ve been struggling with this burnout induced depression because of my favorite hobby marching band. We used to play Psalm 42 as a warmup, and I just randomly decided now to look into what it meant. I can relate to every line. It makes me feel a little less alone.
