My dog swims so much, off and on all day, him and everything he lays on smells like mildew, like towels that have not dried and sat awhile. Yuck, started spraying him and everything he lays on with diluted vinegar. Worked like a charm. Took him to the vet to make sure he didn't have anything serious tho. No, just wet coat and bedding. I also got him a raised bed for outside so he's not laying in water all day and I put it out in the sun every few days. No more mildew dog.
Loved the advice, so simple! Regular shampooing really does help for a couple days, and then the smell returns... And it smells worse than salad dressing 🎉😂
