I was an instructor in the Air Force. I had good test awareness. One thing that I did and taught others is that once you've eliminated two answers and have only two that seem right, change how you are looking at the answers. Instead of looking for the "right" answer, look at the answer and determine if there is anything that makes that answer wrong. This way you are coming at the question from two directions

I took the CA salesperson exam 5 days ago and failed with a 69% score. I chose a couple of answers that I never heard of before and I changed a few of my answers near the end of the test. I'm going to take your advices for the next exam and pray that I pass. Thank you for the tips Joe!
Just passed my exam, watch these videos and take notes of everything you don’t know. Write down everything you don’t know ! I failed 7 times and just passed today.

Listen and watch different videos, if something confused you dig deeply for understanding. Why didn't you take both? If you passed the States part you'll be fine on the National. It's the same question, besides the State Specific question.
You're not the only test prep person who says to read the answers first. Read the answers from D, C, B, A. Then read the question and re read the answers this time A, B, C, D.
I passed in AZ first attempt 3/1/24. Joe is correct, know your vocabulary inside and out. Many problems are scenario based so you must know concepts and vocabulary. The math was not difficult so don’t be afraid of it. PrepAgent videos were a key element of my successful exam prep.

Help! Can a buyer withdraw part of the earnest money deposit with seller's consent? I had a question like this. A buyer put $5,000 earnest deposit. Buyer's closing cost is short $2,000. He wants to take back $2,000 from the earnest money so that the closing falls through. Is this possible?
