I think I’ve watch this video at least 10 times. How the stall/cam for daily driving/long trips. How much did it affect mpg?

Daily driving it’s not to much of a change just stays in a higher rpm when getting up to speed. Think I was averaging 16-17mpg before cam and stall and now 14-15mpg. Haven’t taken any long trips but on the interstate there is no change in drivability.
