    SO glad I found your videos!! THANKYOU!! Here in SW OF THE UK I haven’t been able to get any help from the NHS Physios, very little compassion in the NHS sadly anymore. Anyway, thankyou again, and much appreciated!!🤗🙏❤✨👍🕊

      There’s a roundish oblong button beneath the video in grey with the shape of a bell on it…just ‘click’ on this with your finger , or click on it with a Mouse if using a PC. 🤗❤✨

      As @Oceanstarz mentioned, there's a button beneath the videos. That button needs to be clicked and then there is a little Bell icon that will alert you as well when new videos come out. Thanks for subscribing! Stay safe and independent 😊
