You missed one of the most important parts. That it's built on a Toyota Hiace. These vans have quite a following in the US. Lots of people are getting these shipped to the US once they reach 25 year mark. It's pretty crazy.
Would be nice for JP rental campervans to come with bathroom/shower, similar to many other countries. While onsen is commonly accessible, different customers have different preferences. And it's also hard to imagine to go to onsen everyday to get shower due to lack of bathroom in the van. Lol
I want to ask how to open the hood of the truck! What I know is that the truck head is usually opened forward when carrying out certain repairs on the truck, So my question is how do I open the hood of the truck? There is a bed section above the head of the truck. Can it be removed?

i own toyota camroad motorhome.... that is not hiace . Toyota hiace & Grand Hiace definitely NOT same as Toyota Camroad

Campgrounds do not have the dump stations for that accommodation right now so it would require a major infrastructure change.
