great know lets see if you can figure out this math problem. I made $18.00 per hour 40 hrs a week by working 8 hrs per day for 5 days . So 8hrs x 18.00 = $144.00 and 2/3 of is $96.00 per day, but lets take it one more step 2/3 of $18.00 = $12.00 right. Well as an injured worker I'm not even getting minumum wage from making $18.00 an hour to $8.57 on workers comp. Noone seems to really care, but they should because it could be you who gets hurt next I'm trying to pervent it need some help.
@@BearPapa49 Lawyers are not trying to help injured workers, because the Fake magistrate hearing my case was once a attorney who represented injured workers, would have The defense attorney in Camera which is ex party communication with that fake magistrate, I did have one, but he wouldn’t do his job. I eventually got screwed over. It created medical bills that still unpaid to this very day, I’m still injured and many days are really hell and others days I just have to suck it up, and if I don’t I can’t provide for my family. It truly sucks when you fill out an application for a company and have to lie in order just to get the job, and knowing everything listed for job requirements causes my body pain do to my lower pain in my body. (Anyways) I tried to get the worker’s compensation system to be investigated for fraud, (wrote to Kamala Harris than AG of California at the time). Nothing happened! But California is so corrupted, and that’s why you see many homeless people living on the streets due to prescription drugs which lead to other drugs, word of advice don’t take any prescription drugs that the doctor may give you, and learn to live with that pain.

That’s if it’s the insurance company doesn’t fight the employee. It’s not always the case . Depends a lot on who the insurance carrier is !
