Este es un Amv del anime Claymore el cual transcurre en un mundo ficticio cohabitado por el hombre y por una especie conocida como Yōma . Los Yōma son depredadores naturales de los seres humanos. Una capacidad innata de los Yōma es la de cobrar forma humana, lo que les permite vivir a escondidas de su presa. Los únicos seres capaces de identificar a estas criaturas y eliminarlas son las guerreras conocidas entre los humanos como Claymores, que son creaciones "mitad humana-mitad Yōma". El nombre que reciben estas guerreras se debe a la gran espada que portan, conocida como claymore. Aunque su apariencia es muy similar a la humana, poseen algunas particularidades. El rasgo físico más sobresaliente son sus ojos plateados, que les ha valido también la denominación de "brujas de ojos plateados". Sin embargo, la razón fundamental por la que pueden combatir a los Yōma es la capacidad de percibir su presencia espiritual , independientemente de la forma que aparentan frente al ojo humano corriente.

The sad part here is that Teresa could've easily slain Priscilla Multiple times, and a guaranteed time but CHOSE not to do so out of pity..in the end she let her guard down. Had she not shown any mercy to her fellow Claymores from the get go and slew them all without hesitation, the story would've been very different frankly. For one no one would've awakened, there wouldn't be anyone stronger than her Left within the Organization, and if she had to she would've taken it down herself to protect Clare. But the Problem is she DID show Mercy, she DID Hesitate, and she DID feel Pity for her would be assassins.. and the result was dismemberment and decapitation in front of the very person whom she wanted to protect, which IRONICALLY was the start of her Dark Revenge Filled Journey and that's just Tragic. The Lesson here is Do Not show mercy to your enemy someone trying to take your life especially a cornered enemy who won't hesitate to take your life out of self-preservation. A cornered foe is the most dangerous.. Mercy against an assassin, is for the foolish.
Mercy is admirable. When not protecting your own. She was, Teresa showed empathy which was her greatest strength but that was also her weakness. Hindsight is 20/20 and if there's one thing to learn here is to not shirk the burden of responsibility (in Teresa's case: to kill without mercy, the burden of decimating those who would, normally, protect others, causing untold suffering by their lack) lest you invite far more pain and suffering through your inaction.
For what it's worth, Irene (elf looking woman) actually goes over that with Claire later in the show.
They would have originally as the abyssal ones would have forced them to awaken.
