  • Hey everyone!
    Since you guys asked me what all I do and eat in a day I v chosen a random day and recorded it for you.
    My meals always keep changing but I normally follow a low carb high protein n medium fat diet.Also I binge eat once a while when I really feel like it !!!

    great mam. Thank you so much. atleast i can follow your eating habits on weekends. i don't get much breaks in office. still i can try less carb diets. thank you so much for inspiring

    Ramya are you taking these dishes on a daily basis or else you didn't add wheat ragi on your meal plan pls tell me

      i have nothing specific on me ashwini..i do take wheat ragi oats n millets .....it varies everyday.

    You are really inspiring me a lot.. thanks for your A day from my life video. Why don't you make a video A day with out work out or a diet with carbs?? I know carbs sounds funny for dieting people but as a South Indian we can't avoid rice,idly etc... would be helpful if you make a video with carb??

      definitely saapduvenga.I love idly,dosa,sambhar rice,curd rice.I eat it whenever i feel like.

    hi...is it ok to take nuts at the end of the day? I thought I'll put on weight if eat nuts like cashews and almonds

      u will certainly put on weight if u have all the bad choloestrol and high carbs n have nuts in addition to it.If u maintain a low carb plan then this is totally fine.

      This video was only to give an idea.You gotta work on ur diet plans depending on ur schedule.As for vit supplements that a doctor alone can help u with.

    Hi Ramya super.... I am watching your videos for your first episode onwards.... Really encourage recently I started to reduce wait but I am taking ragi on my lunch.... And I take chapattis for dinner is this advisable... Are you take this food regularly.... Or you are also taking chapattis.... And ragi.... Pls let me know chapattis and ragi is advisable

      like i said in the video i shared my meal plan n each peron s varies .I wont be able to make a common dietary plan for everyone.
