- Hey everyone!
Since you guys asked me what all I do and eat in a day I v chosen a random day and recorded it for you.
My meals always keep changing but I normally follow a low carb high protein n medium fat diet.Also I binge eat once a while when I really feel like it !!!

i have nothing specific on me ashwini..i do take wheat ragi oats n millets .....it varies everyday.

You are really inspiring me a lot.. thanks for your A day from my life video. Why don't you make a video A day with out work out or a diet with carbs?? I know carbs sounds funny for dieting people but as a South Indian we can't avoid rice,idly etc... would be helpful if you make a video with carb??

definitely saapduvenga.I love idly,dosa,sambhar rice,curd rice.I eat it whenever i feel like.
hi...is it ok to take nuts at the end of the day? I thought I'll put on weight if eat nuts like cashews and almonds
u will certainly put on weight if u have all the bad choloestrol and high carbs n have nuts in addition to it.If u maintain a low carb plan then this is totally fine.

This video was only to give an idea.You gotta work on ur diet plans depending on ur schedule.As for vit supplements that a doctor alone can help u with.

Hi Ramya super.... I am watching your videos for your first episode onwards.... Really encourage recently I started to reduce wait but I am taking ragi on my lunch.... And I take chapattis for dinner is this advisable... Are you take this food regularly.... Or you are also taking chapattis.... And ragi.... Pls let me know chapattis and ragi is advisable
