I just beat Dragon Quest VI last month actually! It was my chosen DQ game for the year lol - it's good, but not GREAT. It's still an awesome game if you love Dragon Quest games, but it's not top tier DQ if you know what I mean.
Pokemon Pinball, you will need to check the save battery if it still holds a save. I know I still got my copy of that game when I was a kid with all the factory content that came with it except the aaa battery for the built in rumble pack. As it is Gen 1 Pokemon, all 151 can be caught on it amongst the 2 different machine layouts.
Speaking of amiibo reprints, I went out of my way to PREORDER the wolf link reprint on best buy and after waiting like 2 months they just cancelled my order :/ Also i have a Cloud player 2 amiibo I’m willing to part with. If you are still looking for one maybe we could figure something out
Love me some Chrono Trigger. It was a game I played on the SNES quite a bit as a kid. I looked at my Amazon orders from years ago looks like I got the DS copy of the game brand new for 28.40 with no tax in 2014.
Had to click on this recommended vid since I bought two copies of ds CT for $5 each when local blockbuster closed back when. Still have one sealed, the one with the poster.
Love pickups videos, awesome to see another! On the weekend, I also found Kirby Superstar Ultra with the case but no manual for 3 bucks. It's good but it's a bunch of smaller games. Not sure if I'll keep it or not.
I just picked up Chrono Trigger the other week off ebay as well. I got it for a little under $100 (CDN) which I was pleased with. Luckily mine came with the poster/map! I felt like now was the time to get it if I ever planned on buying it.
I remember in the past you mentioned the game Blasphemous and how suprised you were it went up as much as it had. Did you happen to pick up a copy of Blasphemous II collectors Edition?

I remember when Chrono Trigger on the DS was selling for only $25 on Amazon sealed back in 2017. Crazy to see how much it's gone up since then. :/
I regret unsealing it, but I wanted to be sure it was real. This is probably the one DS I have I'm actually considering selling.

I didn’t pay near that much when I bought it new, but I’d still say it’s worth it for one of the best games of all time.

Shame how square will not focus on remaking niche titles like chrono trigger but to focus more on remaking final fantasy titles.
If there is one game that doesn’t need a remake it would be Chrono Trigger. Especially considering what they did with Final Fantasy VII.
