i think you have the best metabolism in the world! if i eat rice and bread, i get puffy and gain weight even if i don't eat another thing for a whole day...!!

You shouldn’t diet at 15 years old as long as you’re not obese. You’re still growing and your body is changing. As long as you have a balanced diet and exercise regularly you should be just fine. :)
@@irene8189 u are just fine right now!! i was 15 and 70 something kg but i lost alot of weight when i turned 16-17 (currently 17) because i was nearly obese and wanted to change, so u dont have to start now but u can slowly make changes like eating less processed and fried or bad foods and drinking less soda and ur weight will go down gradually!! good luck❤️ drink lots of water

that’s not metabolism, her diet is just very low in calories, the “weight gain” you get is bc carbs can make you bloated

Konjac rice doesn't contain much calories. Its like 10 per portion
