    Ek bade se katore mein , saara gehoon ka aata aur namak milayein.
    dheere-dheere pani daalein aur chikana aur lacheela aata goonth lein. aata goondhate samay (yadi upayog kar rahe hain) tel dalein taaki aata naram ho jaye.
    aate ko geele kapade se dhakakar 15-20 minute ke liye rakh dijiye.
    aaloo ka bharaavan banaana:
    doosare katore mein, masale hue aaloo, kata hua pyaaj (yadi upayog kar rahe hain), haree mirch, kasa hua adarak, kata hara dhaniya, jeera, haldee powder, garam masaala (yadi upayog kar rahe hain), aur namak ko ek saath milayein. sabhee saamagriyon ko achchhee tarah mila lein.

    -bharee huee loee ko halke haath se dabaakar chapata kar leejie aur us par aata chhidak deejie.
    Bhari hui aate ki loee ko belan ke sahaayata se laga bhag 7-8 inch size mein gol aakaar mein bel lein. bharaav ko baahar phailane se rokane ke liye saavadhanie baraten.
    ek tava ya non-stik kadaahee ko madhyam aanch par garm karen.
    - tava garm hone par bele hue paraanthe ko us par rakhen. lagabhag ek minat tak ya satah par chhote bulabule dikhaee dene tak pakayein.
    - paraanthe ko palaten aur dosri taraf se bhi pakayein. - pake hui taraf tel ya ghee lagayein.
    - phir se paltein aur doosri taraf bhee tel ya ghee laga lein. ek spachula se dheere se dabaen, aur tab tak pakayein jab tak ki donon taraph se sunahara bhoora na ho jae aur pak na jae.
    adhik paraanthe banaane ke liye bache hue aate ke gole aur aaloo ke masale ke saath is prakriya ko doharaen.
    garama garam aaloo paraanthe ko dahee, achaar ya apanee pasand kee kisee bhi chutney ke saath parosein.
    swadisht aur santushtidaayak bhojan ya naashte ke roop mein apane ghar par bane aaloo paraathe ka anand lein!
