Hey Scott, appreciate all the great content you put out regarding Etsy, it’s been a big help to me starting out. Quick question for you, how long should I wait to see results after changing one of my listing’s title, tags, etc. before tweaking them for better results?
I really like your approach. I’ve been having a shop for over a year and of course I guess I need to diversify it but I’ve only got 23 sales in a whole year. I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to keep spending money and I’m not making any money but you might be right about the Etsy ads but some people say Etsy ads don’t work so I don’t know I like your content though thank you for doing this.

Questions
Should Esty sellers replace an item when the buyer states it spilled upon opening mailer with no photo proof? I send all products to my customers' triple wrap cellophane bag, bubble wrap plus sheer bag , and bubble mailer bags.
I started a new shop a couple days ago. Etsy doesn’t allow a new shop to run ads for 15 days after the shop has opened. What would you do during those 15 days to bring in customers?

@brandcreators so I like making sublimation tumblers and shirts and keychains. And I guess on ways to make your own brand. I have made personal tumblers for people who have lost loved ones and lost pets and some 2 second amendment stuff

Actually, nich is the more used and historically correct way of saying the word, but both are acceptable in English.
@@brandcreators it’s a French word that has been co-opted into the English language. It’s pronounced “neesh”. I’ve never heard anyone pronounce it otherwise.
